1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Call a VIP ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Call a VIP provides a digital platform that connects users ("Users") with high-profile individuals, experts, and consultants ("VIPs") for exclusive one-on-one video calls, audio calls, and text-based interactions. The Platform facilitates the scheduling, execution, and payment for these interactions. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate these connections and do not endorse any specific advice or information provided by VIPs.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. VIP Obligations

VIPs operate as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of Call a VIP. VIPs set their own availability and pricing parameters within the bounds of the Platform's functionality. VIPs are expected to conduct themselves professionally and are solely responsible for the content and advice they provide during interactions.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Pre-Authorization and Capture: When you book a session, the total cost is pre-authorized on your credit card. The funds are securely held but not charged until the service is delivered. If the call is completed and you rate the interaction higher than 1 star, the pre-authorized amount is automatically captured. By providing a rating higher than 1 star, you explicitly acknowledge satisfaction with the service, thereby waiving the right to initiate chargebacks or disputes regarding the quality of the interaction.

For VIPs: Call a VIP retains a platform commission fee on all transactions. Remaining earnings are paid out according to our standard payout schedule.

Call Recording & Disputes: To prevent fraud and resolve disputes or chargebacks objectively, all calls are securely recorded by our internal servers. These recordings are kept strictly confidential for legal and dispute-resolution purposes and are retained for 180 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

6. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
Share illicit, explicit, or highly offensive material.
Record (via screen capture or external devices) or distribute interactions. All official recordings are securely handled by the Platform.
Engage in fraudulent activities or bypass the Platform's payment systems.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Call a VIP makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or quality of any interactions or information provided by VIPs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call a VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
